Hi there!

I was looking at buying a Newair CC-100H since I'm heading to Dominicana, and I expect to bring quite a few cigars :) My wooden 100count Ashton humidor is almost full. I was thinking about Newair.

Thing is, they sold their last unit of CC-100H yesterday! It will be back in stock 07/30/2019. :crying: Bummer!

I'm located in Canada, so I thought the CC-100H with its heater could be a good option and its a no brainer since it was selling only $30 more than the CC-100, but now that's its out of stock, what should I do?

If I keep my humidor in my room, it means that my room stay *almost* at all time at 70F. How many of you found the CC-100 problematic? Considering, the Newair ( to my knowledge) is the only one who has a heater, is it that much of an issue?

Thanks !

Hell if your room is staying at 70 year round then I'm guessing a heater or cooler doesn't really seem necessary at all. As for the two humi's ya mentioned I've no experience with either. I use there big brother the 251's and have never plugged it in because it's located in the basement with little temp fluctuations. Perhaps you'd be better off using some airtight Tupperware to keep you overflow in till necessary to restock the wooden box you've got already!
