Finally got around to adding an exhaust fan above the loft in my man cave (aka the shed). Works well with adjustable fan speed. I will have to see how much of the heat it sucks out along with the smoke come winter.

How do you heat it?

I use a radiator space heater that I leave running. It can easily keep it 75-85 degrees depending how cold it is outside. My wife jokes that she has to come outside to warm up as we keep our house pretty chilly.

Ive got about 3 of those in my garage and it just isn't enough once it dip below freezing. Im thinking about a torpedo heater but the fumes might ruin the cigar

I have the old version of this in my garage. Heats it up to tshirt temp in about 20 minutes. If you've got 220 already run to your garage/ shed is easy peasy. Got it from rural king about 8 years ago. Love it

I should do that and just run 220 to my garage. I have 220 for a stove that i dont use (im a gas man) so i could just extend it

Any fan will suck out the heat. I use the Japanese method and heat the seat (in Japan they heat objects {carpet, towel rack, sofa}, not rooms.
About 5 years ago I picked up a variable temperature electric mattress warmer for $30 at Wally’s. That and a blanket on top allows me to keep a door cracked a little for fresh air. Quite toasty.
