Ah. Spring has finally sprung!
This is a custom rolled robusto, which was rolled here in Vancouver, British Columbia; by none other than Avelino Lara himself back in 1992, which is when my friend brought him out to roll in his shop in Gastown. These are "loose" smokes, which the rollers smoked throughout the day. It's not nearly as perfect as an export smoke, in construction (loose, spongy, etc) but it smokes beautifully, the tobacco is of good quality, and it's a perfect 30 minute smoke. Would I take it over a D4 or HDM Petit Robusto? No. But I like em, and would smoke one daily if I could.
