Trade for Frog Morton

379 Views 12 Replies 6 Participants Last post by  awk6898
I've never tried any of the Frog Morton blends and am calling out to my brothers in degenerate hoarding of tobacco items for help. Lol.

Willing to trade some of my stach for unopened tins. +/- $

I don't have a list or anything of my collection, but most everything has at least 5 years of age on it. Kept at 66%rh. Comment or PM any interest, and I can get box codes, more pictures, etc.

@texasredneck if you come to NC. I’ll give you one humi just like that. Just pick it up and get it back lol. In no way am I joking either.

@awk6898 sorry to hijack the thread. I’ll reach out to some friends and see if I can find some for you. Any particular blends you would prefer
Any of them would be super cool to find! Is any one blend more mythical or "must try" than the other?

Is it just the Frog Morton your looking for or any of the Mclellands? 4Noggins have some Mclellands for sale in the consignment section, anything from $85 to $325 a pop but no Frog Morton.
I'll have to check them out! Dunno if I can justify over $100 on a single tin.

Yea i know what you mean, im thinking the Frog Morton would be more as it was the most popular. Have a look at Boswells, they have some Mcellands but the not so popular ones for i think $75
That's wild. I had no idea there would be such a secondary market for pipe tobacco. Makes sense though. Wine, cars, cigars, etc can all fetch high prices with age.

Boswell’s northwoods is close enough for me. If you have an itch that only Frog Morton can scratch I have some that I can trade. Which one is your preference?
I'll shoot you a PM. I'd love to start with the classic, but I've heard good things about all of them.
