Have any of you folks heard of tomato gravy. I had some with lunch today. It looked like they had taken tomato juice & thickened it with a roux, put chunks of tomato, small chunks of smoked sausage & a hint of cajun seasoning in it. They served it with a biscuit & it was delicious.

I get the impression that it is a Southern recipe. Probably Louisiana.
