La Flor Dominica Chisel's and Chiselitos, full bodied maduro that might lack some of the nuances of what your looking for but man do I like the taste of these kick in nads mofo's.
the chocolately coffe part almost had me saying a Java, but what's left of my reputation woulda been shot. I will say a CAO Brazilia maddy would be a good choice.
Well, they're not maduro wrapped (brazilian), but they still possess most of the nuances you are looking for, including maduro-like (IMO): Ancient Warrior Special Edition. If you haven't had them already, you should definetely give them a shot.
Another that comes fairly close but might not have quite the spice blast you want (but has everything else and then some) is the Cigar King Aged Reserve Maduro. I smoke the Toro size, and they are so effing awesome..... they use 10-year old exquisite tobacco....
the Sancho Panza Double Maduro line is an amazing smoke for the price, as far as my limited experience goes. They taste like coffee/choc. with a touch of spice at the 2nd 3rd mark and burn perfectly. I love these cigars, especially at 2.00 or so a stick, if not less.
I think based on the one I tried that the 5 vegas A fits that bill nicely. And those buena fortunas someone mentioned are a spicey little treat, but I havent had the maduro.
I think the CAO Brazilia Piranha would fit what you're looking for, in terms of flavor. I've only smoked one of the five pack I ordered, but it was extremely good.
