I can't see the second screw.
On the ones I have the "straight" screw is to adjust the flame. The philips screw is to take the case off.

Yeah, if you unscrew it and open it up, you can pull the whole interior out. It helps if you're need to get it completely drained. It gives you a look at the translucent fuel tank.

The thing about the Jetlight lighter that I like is the screw on the right that is for adjusting the flame is big enough that you can use a small straight screw driver to adjust it. Many lighters have such a small groove on the adjustment screw, I can't turn it.

The Ronson is a great little lighter. I don't use Ronson fuel in it, which is ironic.
