Hey guy's I have a few business partners that are thinking of opening a cigar and coffee cafe.

I was wondering, I know some of you are opening or have opened shops. I was wondering what is involved. Like suppliers, Business plan, etc.....

If any of you that have opened or are in the prcess can you give me some advice. I know somethings might need to be sent via email or pm. Please I need help I think i can really make this work.
