Definitely not out of business. Gael seems to be getting the old lines back on track. Check his url if you have interest.

When I spoke with Gael he was looking for financing to keep the business going. He was no longer able to get cigars from his suppliers, and his prospects seemed dim...even by his own admission.

Perhaps it's a bit premature to call La Luna dead, but the industry buzz at the RTDA was that he ain't coming back. All that being said, Gael is a great guy, and I hope he comes back strong.
