You are interviewing three young ladies for a job in retail store and pose the following question:
"If you were overpaid $100 on your first paycheck what would you do?"
Applicant #1 - "I'm honest. I would tell them about the mistake and give the money back."
Applicant #2 - "Well... they made the mistake. I would spend the money in the store so it's kind of like they are getting it back in sales."
Applicant #3 - "Screw 'em. They made the mistake. I'd keep it!"
Which one would you hire?
