Have any of you fellas ever tried an inversion table? I picked up on about 2 weeks ago to remedy minor back pains I was getting. So far I love it. I was just wondering how many of you own/have tried these before. For those of you who have no idea what the hell this thing does it basically clamps around your ankles and rotates you upside down thus stretching your back and realigning your spine.
