They sure did. Anyone born after 2009 is forbidden to smoke. Every year until 2030 they also raise tobacco tax. Then in 2030 tobacco is banned completely that's when I'm moving out of this dump coming up through the southern border as an illegal and claiming my American passport ☺. Like I said anyone wanna help get an old man some nice cigars into the country (under the radar) please pm me. A nice box of cigars costs me around $1500NZD - $900USD
The issue with international sellers is they have to mark tobacco on the customs declaration as not doing so could harm their business license.
