A big thanks to Gene for attending the Midwest Cigar Summit this past weekend in Peoria, IL. It was my first time meeting Gene, but it certainly won't be my last.

He was a highlight of the event, and added a great personality to the show. Thanks again, if you ever get the chance to meet with Gene in person...be sure to take it!

seems like a fun sorta guy - I liked how he stuck around at the Famous CigarFest, signing boxes and such, pretty much right up to the end (and after most of the rest of the crowd had bailed out and left) - darned nice cigars too, I need to get me another box, maybe go for the maduros this time

Gene is a regular guy and a great BOTL. He clearly enjoys meeting folks - and kudos to him and his entourage for hanging out with everyone on both Friday and Saturday.

We had a great time with Gene, and Joe and Paul from Midwest Cigar Connection, one of his reps. They were great to hang out with...and Gene is one of the nicest guys I have ever met!
