I smoked my first (and trust me, it won't be my last) Diplimatico at the Blatter & Blatter shop in Montreal. YOW! It was a #2, and it had that rich ISOM taste that was so very smooth. If I could afford it, this would be one of my everyday smokes. I completely enjoyed it, especially the last 1/3 where it became quite complex.

I was wondering what other Diplimaticos you gorillas have enjoyed...

Re: Diplimaticos!

I have never had the chance to enjoy one. Maybe I will when I get to the LCDH in Korea.

Re: Diplimaticos!

Often overlooked in favor of the more traditional marques, the Dips have a very refined flavor that is reminiscent of a polished Monte. Usually available at a few dollars less than their similarly yellow-clad cousins, the Diplomatico is a fine addition to any collection.
