Hi all, here is my situation. I just received my perfect cutter (CCT27). One blade seems very wobbly and loose with a lot of play. Is this normal? How should it actually be?
I contacted them and informed of the situation and the girl simply said send it back with a self addressed envelope. This basically means that I have to pay for shipping 3 times (1 to me, 1 back to them, and 1 to me again). I think this is rather unfair considering that it was be a defective unit.
Anyone else have this issue?
