As I have said in the past I love a good cigar in the early AM when my taste buds are fresh. THis morning I had a Bolivar CE from 98. I was pleased with the nice draw as this particular box has rendered a few plugged examples. This cigar is not the powerhouse that it once was, but it still packs a decent punch along with the classic Bolivar taste. I have heard this vitola referred to as the "most Bolivar of the Bolivars". I am not sure I agree with that evaluation, but they are good. I still have a lovely aftertaste over an hour later. I am at a loss to ascribe any nuts and berries type of description to this cigar, but great tobacco flavor. This one also producd lots of smoke which filled my car. Love that scented haze.

One of the best cigars I have had was a Boli CE from 93.

The handful I've had from 98 are excellent. The 98 Boli lonsdales are a great morning smoke IMO.

The strong BCEs are for late morning, not early.
