Ok, this has been bothering me for a while, and it seems like a newbie question, I know. I checked the acronym sticky, and this one either wasn't in there, or I just plain missed it. What does "NC" stand for? I had always assumed it stood for Nicaraguan tobacco, but I routinely see it used both on this board and in top25.com's ratings in reference to cigars that I know are not Nic's. Does this acronym stand for something else, or are people just misusing it from time to time?

That's a good link, but I will play:

BOTL= Brother Of The Leaf

You can figure out SOTL from there. Just hang around a while and you will pick up most of them (PLPC, PSD4, WOAM, etc). I thought they were speaking a different language for a while, but you get the jargon very quickly.
