this is my first review so forgive it if its worthless and also please tell me what else to inlcude in my future reviews of cigars.

this was my first box order and when i recieved i was very excited to smoke one right away but they went into the humi to rest for a few days and then it was time for the first stick.

its a good thing i knew not to judge a whole box from one stick. the first stick i picked out was junk. the taste was great but the wrapper fell off as i smoked it and on the whole i was dissapointed. worried i might have been screwed by the whole box i run back up to my room and inspect each stick all of them appear to be flawless. i also like that the foot of these guys flares out just a little bit. didnt notice that till i was checking each of them.
the wrapper appears to be very solid and not too veiny but the veins are still there.

on to the good sticks. the smell of each stick is a sweet deep smell. the burn is great on these guys. and i still suck at lighting but even a bad light will give a straight burn on these guys. they start off a bit mild but then after about an inch the flavor gets a lot deeper and stronger. sorry if its not more descriptive but ive yet to taste anything leathery or woodsy in any cigar ive smoked but i do notice how the taste changes.

the ash on the stick is great holds on for a while and lets it self go when it gets about an inch ive held it for almost 2 on these guys but i let the ash fall when it does. a kind of zen like approach.

except for the first stick from the box the purchase was totally worth it. i would give the cigar a solid 90.

Re: A Fuente Cuban Corona

I used to smoke a lot of these. I agree that they are a very good stick, and usually perform quite well. I stoped smoking these and most Fuente products because the wrapper keeps coming off of them. They certainly do not seem to hold together very well in low humidity conditions.

Anyway, nice first review!
