A buddy of mine in SC just told me that this is hitting the market pretty hard down there. I actually bought a bottle of it in June, then another 3 when I was back in SC late July. This is an amazing drink. They suggest serving it over ice, with a bit of water. I usually drink it either on the...

Here's to trying new things! Picked a new vodka I've heard great things about (Tito's Handmade) Picked up a higher end rum that some of the BOTL's rave about (Ron Zacapa Centenario) And finally a port that the folks speak highly of as well (Taylor Fladgate 10) Looking forward to sampling (read...

A rattlesnake rancher who had more than 400 bottles of vodka containing snakes seized last week said the contraband is an "ancient Asian elixir" used purely for medicinal purposes and not bootlegged booze as law enforcement contends. More here

I love Ciroc. Something about it is just so delicate and subtle. So, I was pretty excited to try another vodka distilled from grapes, Roth Vodka. I was interested because of course it is made in the US (California), and is advertised in such a way to make you think not only do they use grapes...

I always want to try a new vodka. I noticed Vermont White Vodka because it sounded unusual (distilled from Milk Sugar) and because I grew up in NH, across the river from Vermont, and had never heard of a vodka from there before. I made the mistake of ordering a bottle. Sampled it, as usual, in...

I thought I would put this out there because I know there are many botls that know alot of people and could possibly be able to help me out. When I was deployed in Crete a few years ago, a buddy of mine and I ran into a popular drink that was crazy popular in all the clubs there. It is called...

It's distilled from Soy. I have to say I was intrigued in a morbid sort of way. I've never liked the jello-looking soy chunks, but I've recently liked edamame pretty well. They have a trendy look and a trendy website. Someone or other taste tester rated it a perfect 100 - which of course...

Lets hope this doesn't affect IceHog's Stoli Supply. MOSCOW, Russia (Reuters) -- Russians could suffer a shortage of their national tipple next week because a bureaucratic mix-up has brought every vodka distillery in the country to a halt, producers say. Distillers have been waiting since...

Alright let me start by saying I am a HUGE Martini Fan. Nothing tastes better to me after a long day than a nice Vodka Martini with a twist (no olive... bloody savage). I've tried many different varieties of Martini's and Gin Martini's never really did it for me.... (apparently Noonie is a big...
