I just scored some Mag 50s and RnJ Short Churchills (tubed). When "resting" the RnJs, is it better to leave them in the tubes or remove them? Man those Mag 50s are a big stick..

Is it better to take them out of the tubes and wrappers? I assume there's probably a good chance they weren't packaged at exactly the right humidty level, and any tubes that were opened after would have lost humidity as well. Obviously any flavored stogies wouldn't go into the general...

I have invested in a decent inexpensive humidor, but I also have my tupperdor. I usually purchase cigars by the singles. I still use my tupperdor because it still works. Do cigars in tubes or plastic wrapper need to be placed in humidor?

If your going to let tubed smokes rest in the cooler ,do you guys recommend leaving the tubes open? or should I just let them rest in the tubes sealed

How long can a cigar be kept in a tube? I ask because a friend of mine gifted me a Davidoff sampler that came in white tubes and i wanted to age them a little. However since that tube is pretty tight I was wondering how on earth does the humidity get in there. Thanks in advance.
