  1. General Cigar Discussion
Hey gang, it's been a long year of extensive oral surgies for me. But it seems I am emerging just in time to enjoy some of the best smoking weather of the year. The problem is, my mouth isn't 100% yet and as I peer into my Humi, I'm rather intimdated by the selection of large sticks I have...

I tried the Don Lino Africa robusto size (duma) a year or two ago and thought it was a very good cigar for the money. So when I saw a 5-pack of thi... Read the full review here: Don Lino Africa Punda Milia Gordo Cigar Review - Stick with the smaller ring gauge
  3. Habanos Discussion
Have you noticed how most (not all) CCs are sometimes shorter and most times thinner than their non CC counter parts? Most CCs I see are 40-44 ring gauge and 4-6 inches. I see far more non CCs in 48-52 ring and 5.5" to 8" in length. Could the ring gauge be justified in a way, by the wrapper...
  4. General Cigar Discussion
Why do people report getting more of a buzz from a cigar in a smaller ring gauge (i.e. petite corona) compared to one its bigger thicker brothers (i.e. robusto, etc.)? I'm thinking of like Chisel vs. Chiselito...one would figure that the thicker cigar contains more tobacco and thus, more...

........and it's reading under 60 RH, not sure how long it's been that low. Should I smoke a stick out of it, or cram everything back into my main humi and wait? I can't wait til my Heartfelt beads get here........

I liked the Coronado corona especial better than the toro. I think the smaller ring guage is better at least for me as the cigar did not seem so st... Read the full review here: Coronado by La Flor Corona Especial Cigar Review - Smaller Ring Gauge way to Go

I'm looking to figure out my next order, however I have no idea what smokes I should get! I need some recommendations for nice smokes that are smaller then robustos. All my current cigars are robusto and larger and I'm looking to branch out and try some new sizes!

  9. General Pipe Forum
I'm wanting to get my 8 year old started and........ Joking!!!! LMAO 1. I have a P. Nocolo, which is an average size pipe I reckon. It's about 5-1/4" long and will take an hour and 15 minutes to fully smoke depending on how full I fill it. 2. I just received my Bjarne Freehand and smoked it...

Something similar in flavor to a Romeo y Julieta Reserve Maduro. Anything out there come to mind? Being a noob, I figured I'd ask somebody who might know.
  11. Want to Buy (WTB)
One of my buddies recently returned from Iraq. He's gotten into the cigar habit with me, and I'm looking to nudge him a little further down the slope. He needs his first humidor, and his birthday is in a couple weeks. I'm looking for a 20-ish count humi for a reasonable price. I'll take care...
  12. Habanos Discussion
What would you suggest for a good 20 minute smoke? I'm looking for something smaller than a petite corona but bigger than a cigarette. I had a RyJ Coronitas en Cedro that seemed to fit the bill. Are any of the options hand made or are they all machine made in this size?
  13. General Cigar Discussion
I'm actually enjoying the "less then 50" rings found on Corona's, Lancero's, and Lonsdales. How 'bout you?
  14. Want to Buy (WTB)
So far I have been using one of my friends spare humidor, but he is probably wanting it back, and I'm getting more cigars! Does anyone have a smaller (50-100) humi that they would be willing to sell? Doesnt matter what it looks like as long as it works. Thanks.
  15. Habanos Discussion
As some of you may know I am a robusto whore, I love me CC robusto's. I go back and forth between the RASS and the Cohiba as my favorite but I love them all. Lately I have been smoking a fair bit of sig II's and really enjoying those as well, the 07's are smoking awesome right now so I decided...
  16. Cigar Accessory Discussion
It seems that most of the conversions I have read about on here have been the 28 bottle. Was just curious to hear if anyone has converted a smaller one and the reasons why the 28 is used so much. Results, etc. I know I am going to hear size as a primary answer, but curious if there are other...
  17. Want to Sell/Trade (WTS)
A little tag-a-long to my other post today...http://www.clubstogie.com/vb/showthread.php?t=125766 I'm willing to trade these larger vitolas for some smaller ones, if anyone is interested.

I get confused, because I sometimes smoke big honkin belicosos and torpedos, and they don't make me dizzy, but then sometimes I smoke a corona, and I do get dizzy. Some of the fatter ones that I can handle are: Don Pepin JJ Padilla Hybrid CAO Criollo Cuesta Rey Centenario Maduro Some of the...

It's crazy how much information is packed into this forum. Sometimes, the REAL interesting stuff, I've discovered, is often hidden within threads about other things. Case in point: I once did a search for "sizes" and, obviously, got a bunch of returns. In one of them (I can't remember which)...
  20. Cigar Accessory Questions
I have two, 50 ct humis, and two 20ct humis. I wouldn't mind having a 100ct to replace the two but I kinda like being able to separate my cigars. I use the two 20ct humis primarily for aging. So far it fits my needs but how do you guys keep your cigars how many humidors and their ct, other...
