Newbie question.....if you are traveling internationally, is it possible to return to the States with a box of CCs and be able to get through customs and keep them?? thanks, --mike

Back to the Clinton-era policy of allowing slightly less burdensome travel restrictions. Not a big deal, if you ask me, and not particularly helpful for your average American traveler. Still, seems like a step back in the direction of eventually opening the island to general travel someday...
