    Just wanted to give everyone a heads-up. The Peresid meteor shower will peak the night of August 12. Should be a great show if you can get to a relatively dark area with a view of the Northeast sky. If predictions are correct, it could peak around 2 AM with up to 100 visible "Shooting Stars"...
