It's leftover night tonight. It's not necessarily a bad thing. I think the key to a good meal consisting of leftovers from meals past is to develop a plan, implementing that plan, and keeping a good mind-set, while maintaining focus and determination to complete the task. What goes well...

For the holiday here it's a traditional "boiled dinner", which is corned beef brisket, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots all boiled together in a large pot. It's one of those meals I look forward to every year. My Wife got the me started with it. My little addition is some pan fried cornbread.

The Fiancee and I decided to go all out for the Game. The weather is absolutely gorgeous so we set everything up out on the patio. We went with the ole surf and surf, lobster claws and jumbo shrimp, along with some corn on da cob, not to mention my Orange and Blue Moon (hahaha get it?) Oh...

Well, its that time of the year. My in-laws come over and we drink beer, cook out, smoke cigars and do our taxes. Fun mixed with pain. I'm trying to find something that I can grill that is not too time consuming, but not too cheap. I'm leaning toward an oven roasted roast or maybe a well...

Just threw some nice NY strips on the grill. Steaks and cigars, what more could you ask for right???? Only problem is I can't figure out what to smoke after dinner. I have a bunch of different stuff so the question I ask is what is a good smoke to compliment a nice steak dinner? Thanks

If you had to choose your favorite meal and cigar combo, what would it be? For me it's a nice juicy marinated porterhouse with a lobster tail, baked potatoe and string beans. An ice cold Negra Modelo, followed up by a LFD Chisel Maduro. Mmmmm I may have to make this happen on Sunday! PS: The...

Last night I was eating at one of the many fantastic Italian restaurants in Atlanta. The food was fantastic, the wine was phenominal, the atmosphere was low key and perfect. Waiting for the check, I had a sudden craving for an Opus X, but of course they were at home. What types of meals do you...
