Am I the only one thinking that this season of American Idol just ain't as good as the years past? It seems as though there are 2 or 3 guys and 2 or 3 girls who are any good. Also the judges seem a little tougher then last year. It's like Simon is trying to go out with a douche-baggery like bang.

Ok admit it. You watch it. I will admit I missed the first two nights but I DVR'd them. My wife got me watching it last season and I got hooked. I think mostly because it looks and sounds great in HD and SS.

Am I missing something? I tend to pride myself in being "reality TV-free", but this shit just won't stop. Is it a chick thing or are some of you guys willing to admit you watch this show?

I don't think they need a show. They could just travel the country having auditions. It never ceases to amaze me......the people who actually think they can sing. :r
