Given its a nice rainy night as we approach Halloween, a review of Dogfish Head's Punkin ale seems fitting. Right off the bat I have to note some irritation with the price point, $12.50 for a four-pack is absurd; but, I was willing to pay it so the decision was my own. Was it worth it is the...

The UPS man keeps playing Ding Dong Blow My Face Off with me  He rang my doorbell on Thursday night and when I got to the door, he was long gone but a 10 lb. bomb was sitting on my doorstep! Mark C saw my post about not being able to purchase delicious Dogfish Head beer in my part of the...

I am trying my 1st Dogfish Head 90 minute Imperial IPA. It has a nice light caramel color, and taste seems to favor the hop's side of the flavor scale.seems fairly potent at 9% Alc. By Vol.Over all a pretty good Beer.:tu Any one here try one of these? And what kind of stogie would you recommend...

This is one crazy beer. Very rich and full-bodied; a far cry from my light lager I usually sip. Very colorful and hoppy (probably because of the extra hops). Not sure I'll try this one again, but the alkehol is 9%! Yowza! I'll try the 60 minute next time! :tu

An oak aged imperial Indian pale Ale. A two thread blend of young & wood aged Imperial i.p.a. I'm drinking one of these now! Wow! Smoky with a hint of sweetness and hops. It's 10%abw and it's too good to drink a bunch of these at one sitting. This beer reminds me of the Sam Adams Double Bock...

Anybody a fan? I freaking love it, and I thought I'd let you guys know the bottles should be showing up in your beer stores soon. I picked up a couple bottles (they're $10 each so I can't go crazy). BTW, it's 20% abv, but it tastes great. So smooth. Anyway, anybody who likes it, what cigar...

This is by far my favorite beer right now. I love having a few with a cigar. If you can find the beer you should try it. A dark beer made with a touch of roasted chicory, organic Mexican coffee, St. John's Wort, and licorice root. Brewed with whole-leaf Cascade and Fuggles hops, the grains...

Esquire Magazine calls our 90 Minute I.P.A., "perhaps the best I.P.A. in America" boasts the brewery website. This could be true although it's faint praise indeed. There is no US brew I've sampled gets anywhere close to Samuel Smiths. My opinion: 9% ABV, not awful, although somewhat syrupy and...
