I've caught the DPG bug.
I smoked this cigar in the back yard while talking on the phone to a friend I haven't spoken to in a couple of weeks. He's in Tacoma, I'm in Northern Illinois.
The pre-light draw didn't have much flavor, except a hint of the spice to come. I toasted the foot with my...
Ive enjoyed a few of these in the past and tonight was really nice out so I decided to light up the last one of these I have. The 8&11 is made my Don Pepin for Padilla and is a Nicaraguan puro. I smoked the Robusto size. This is definitely a full bodied smoke full of spice from the get go.
I am looking to try a couple of each and was wondering if one you BOTL/SOTL would mind helping me out. I primarily smoke robusto size cigars but I am getting into smoking corona and lonsdale sizes as well. Let me know what you got and maybe we can work a deal.

This is certainly one of the best Lanceros I have had so far. It is a very good looking cigar that...
I ordered 10 Padilla Miami 8&11 Belicoso, and have kept them in my humi for about 4 months now. I made the order based on the positive reviews from Club Stogie and Top 25 Cigar. I had my first one about a hour ago, and it was a dud. The wrapper started flaking off from the very beginning, and...
I won a CBid auction last night for a box of these and would like to split it up. If anyone is interested in a fiver, shoot me over a PM.
These are the torpedos (6" x 52)
I got the box for $169
So 42.25 for a fiver + 4.60 shipping = 46.85.
I'm only keeping 5, so first 3 PM's can have a fiver.
I just smoked my first 8&11 and ohh boy it was good. The spice knocked me off my feet and the nicotine.....ouch!
This cigar is full of great spicy flavors and very much a full strength smoke. It really reminds me of a kicked up Tatuaje Havana series.
If this had been my first smoke of the day...
I just purchased 5 Padilla Miami 8&11 to try out. I plan to rest the cigars in my humidor for at least a few weeks since most cigars from this site come moist. I was wondering if I should also age/rest these cigars longer- ex. 6 month to a year. I am new to cigar smoking, and have read posts...
Padilla Miami 8&11 Belicoso
5.25 x 52
Price = $8.00
Wrapper - Corojo
This is another nice looking belicoso from Don Pepin. A dark rosado wrapper with a slight oily sheen covers this nicely rolled stick. I find the band, colored in vibrant red and black to be just OK, it does make a nice...
My First Padilla Miami 8&11 (not my first Padilla brand stick though) came about because of a lighter I built for somebody. There's pictures of it on my homepage if interrested. A few people really liked it and requested one or two. I had to ask them to send me the bands, as I didn't have...
Wow, I wouldn't say I've had a lot of cigars yet in my day, but, this one so far is the best I've smoked....too bad its a little too pricey to be a regular for me. The aroma from these is just great in my opinion. Anyone else got thier hands on these?

I just got a box of these and I was wondering if anyone interested in a fiver.
I want to keep half the box,('cause they are very tasty) :ss but I'd be willing to part with the other half. I could do 2 - 5 stick splits, or 1 - 10 stick split.
Each fiver would be $47 shipped, or I'd be...
