Appears to be a half smoked cigar...had the photo been better it would have been easier to distinguish the brand....since this is your first post and no intro I'm betting you're not gonna get much info....just being honest with you. I have to confess that I’m intrigued by the back story of the “cigar in the dirt”

Is this really a crime scene? Will identifying the cigar help to find the criminal who dropped it while fleeing from the authorities?

Is there a cash reward for information?

Wait, wait, wait!

I smoked this cigar last fall and it was good. But I can't remember what it was. Can anyone help identify it?

The cigar in question here is not recommended. It tends to leave the consumer of it disgruntled.
