Thanks for the tip! I don't currently own a V-cutter and actually found a Colibri that's bottoming out at less than $17. It says "San Cristobal" on it, and while I've never had one of their cigars, my first name's Christopher, so it clearly needs to be added to my order.

Thankfully, I haven’t been able to find what I was looking for a few times I looked on cbid so I am officially cbid free

I may be drunk, Miss, but in the morning I will be sober and you will still be ugly.

I'm setting myself a rule that, now that I have two tuppers, I can only order new cigars when I smoke enough to make room in my current two tuppers. I suspect I'll still have a third by Christmas.

There are exceptions to every Rule...Triple Maduros are exquisite esp. when they are on sale...maybe should have kept buying as many as you could get ???

The Freefall price dropped to $31.64 when I finally pulled the trigger. Seemed like a significantly better price than I was seeing anywhere else, even with the shipping. Looking forward to trying them after some rest!

Now I'm keeping an eye on some Nica Libres and some Java Maduros. I'm certainly no expert on CBid, but so far, it seems to me that the Freefall auctions are where some of the very best deals are.

The Triple Maduros are really good...let em simmer for at least 6 months....they will reward you with balance. The Nica Libres are supposed to be a cheap alternative for the Padron anniversary series......even down to the shape and size and band. Guess "copying is the sincerest form of flattery"....but I don't see that the Nica Libre tastes anything like a Padron otherwise I'd be renting a U Haul and buying up all available boxes. Not that they aren't a decent smoke.....they are but I soon stopped smoking them and moved on to other cigars that I really loved ....such a fickle hobby!
