This calls for a special celebratory smoke. After 3 months of dealing with a kidney stone it FINALLY decided to leave this morning I've had my fair share of them over the past 20 years and I have no clue how I passed this one without surgery. I've been lucky that I haven't had a kidney stone, which is good because I hear they are incredibly painful. Congratulations on passing yours.

Not a fan of infused cigars (didn't know it was when I grabbed it from the B &M) but it's alright. Would have picked something else but didn't feel like going back inside.
