Great deal, and they seem to be going quick.
@Scap Might I make a suggestion that you purchase a couple packs of flints. Sucks when the 1st one wears out and you don’t have spares.

Great choice, by the way. I can’t imagine you won’t love this lighter

Looks like I ordered the 9mm version because the bowl was a hair shorter and a hair wider. I did not read the fine print lol

Curious, do you think because it's a bent pipe, the condensation might trickle down the stem and I can get it with a pipe cleaner? Do your Stanwells gurgle? Customer service is closed, but I might see if I can change my order Monday. Otherwise, I'll see how she performs, I could always check out the filters.
Somehow I missed this. Agree with Nathan that all my Stanwells (I have 4) with 9mm filter chambers smoke just fine without the filter install. I also tried some of the adapters and although mine was tight, it’s was not quite long enough to completely fill the filter chamber.

One thing that is consistent with all my Stanwellls; they all smoke great

I appreciate the reassurance from you and Nathan, I was a bit worried. But I also appreciated the heads up you gave me, because I had no clue about the filter vs the no filter stem lol Knowledge is power. But overall I'm happy with the pipe. I just need to smoke it more..... too many car ride smokes lately, and I only smoke cobs in the car.

Might not even matter...they emailed and said the lighter I ordered isn't available.

I don't know what I don't know.

He said he could offer a substitute, but we're playing email tag at the moment.

Ok, looks like the chrome I ordered is long gone, but he still had a matte black in stock, so I'm going that route. And it was slightly cheaper.

I don't know what I don't know.

Referencing the "deal" below. I was finally burned by P&C after never having any issues. They cancelled my entire order after almost 20 days without so much as a kick in the @$$! I've seen you guys talk about having bad luck with them and I think I just got lucky over the years because I usually don't order a whole lot. Anyway, apologies to anyone who got sucked into this from my post about this deal. Oh well. Gonna shop somewhere else for a while.
