"Inglorious Basterds" - An unusual WWII movie, for sure, but well worth watching!
That is a great movie!

well couldnt name another one that other guys haven't already. But my fiancee and I love watching WWII documentaries, Netflix has a few great ones that we've watched over and over. WWII in HD, Vietnam in HD, WWII in color, they do have a pretty good lineup of war documentaries.

If you haven't seen it yet, check out "Heavy Water Wars" on Netflix. Great miniseries.

Your memory does serve you correct. The fighting 99th was the first squadron of Tuskegee airmen put together. I love this movie in addition to Saving Private Ryan and most of the others listed. I am a sucker for just about any war movie.
