See what they say when you call. Couldn't hurt.

Think of it. Cigars are boxed and put in a warehouse in a hot, humid country. Then shipped to another warehouse with high humidity. I'm sure they try to keep it in check but I'm sure it's a losing battle. If you think about it a little dust on the wrapper isn't bad after all that.

In the end; I took my BOTL advice on here and didn't even bother challenging. They asked how many cracked ones I got in another bundle and refunded me. All is well.

Yea I don't know what's going on with ci, but they must have changed their policy. I just got 2 out of 5 tubos one cracked and one with a beetle (no joke) that already had crawled out yet dead, and they didn't even want pictures or returns. They just refunded the money no questions asked. I guess all the emails I wrote them a few months ago, and the email I wrote Glynn Loope was enough for them not wanting to deal with me again lol.

The first step is admitting you have a cigar problem. The second step is realizing the problem is "not having enough cigars".
