If you can tell me the ring gauge, size or whatever of the cigar before smoking I might be able to narrow it down a bit more for you. I don't think you'll have a whole lot of luck finding more of them, but never hurts to look around if you enjoyed it.
From what I see on the band, and what I can find after a quick search around..the brand was Flor De Oro, of course. Some old listings some them as from the Canary Islands and Dominican Republic. Found a review on a reserva especial from that brand, though not your exact cigar..dated from 2010. Definitely the same maker, as the main brand label is similar and the fonts are the same. Label changed from yellow with red highlighting to full on red with gold foil, so I'm guessing yours came after the 2010 review..but probably not super long after.
The P.L might stand for petite lonsdale, or something of that nature if it isn't for a line designation. That looks about the size of a lonsdale or corona ring gauge wise.
