Smoke some 4 me. We are due for a snow storm over the weekend so no smoking. To cold for my fat lazy but, to be outside smoking. I will go snow shoeing instead.

You know what I discovered pairs incredibly well with a delicious cigar and some tasty bourbon? Bacon jerky... Bacon makes everything better, hands down.

Lots of folks 'round here hate on eating while you smoke. I love a good smoke with some bourbon and a solid selection of charcuterie.

Smoked/cured meat just seems to work for some reason. Normally I smoke after dinner, but tonight was different. Iíll have to try some other options in the future.

Smoked meats are good, smoked cheese too. When I smoke outside, I keep some dark chocolate covered blueberries in my deep freezer. Mmmmm
