I think I hate yard work more than anything.. I wish my yard was a little bigger then I could justify a riding mower.

Off to by flowers and mulch. Could of bought a couple boxes of huhcs for what this is gonna cost me..

sent from Bob's.. mowing his lawn to pay for the customs I smoked.. only three years of mowing left..

All this turbo talk is making me miss my XR4Ti... well all 4 of them that I owned over the years...
Those things were a lot of fun. Last one got sold after I broke the compressor wheel off the turbo while showing my wife’s cousin how much fun 30lbs of boost was leaving a stop light
All the oil blew out into the massive intercooler or into the down pipe making for some dramatic smoke clouds. Managed to limp it home and sell it for parts.
I had added a massive RS500 intercooler, custom radiator, potted and polished intakes, upgraded from an auto to a beefy T5 transmission, larger air meter, repinned to run a t-bird computer for more aggressive timing, roller cam, full custom 3” exhaust... what I didn’t add: better oil fees line to the turbo which caused brief oil starvation while pushing 30lbs of boost

Still have the compressor wheel.

I'll install an Oil/Air Separator and probably a JDM Spec fog light kit since they didn't offer fogs on the 18 STI's. Just gonna drive it and enjoy it, rather than fretting over custom tunes and over-boosting.
I'm a Nissan and Chevy guy, so I never really got into turbos and usually stick to all motor. My 06 SE-R Spec-V is all stock except for a custom tune and injectors and puts out 225hp. I've had it almost 12 years now and 220k miles. I'm soon ready to buy 2 more vehicles for the wife and I, so the Spec-V will probably get a factory spec engine rebuild and a remote mount turbo in the back to keep the low end torque and have boost on the top end. And at that many miles now, I'm planning on replacing the unsprung clutch and dual mass flywheel with a sprung and lightweight pair, and rebuilding the 4:10 LSD and longer 6th gear for a better final drive ratio.
My 240SX convertible has a 283 SBC in it, but I'm thinking a turbo LS7 might be more fun. Just gotta find time for these projects, lol. Priorities suck......

I make like 20 psi in the winter. Up from 13 ish stock. All that tuning etcetera and my basically stock carbed $2,000 sv650 will get there in well less than two-thirds the time. It's been a tough little car though... been that way for a hundred K miles without any issues.

It’ll get better as soon as you light it up!

I'd take a 65 Skylark any day. I used to laugh at the Skylarks of the 80's quite a bit. T-Type I think they were called, 4 or 6 cyl turdbo or something. I've helped build a few 80s G-body Regal Grand Nationals, those were fun stock and ridiculous when built right with upgraded suspension and rear.
