old thread, but good ideas.

i'm at the point of seasoning my drawers and then getting the RH up to 70-degrees before i add sticks in. i was thinking of putting a laptop pad on the bottom to circulate the air upwards (shown is upside down).

i'm keeping a silicone ear plug i got with another product to seal the inside until i get the RH stabalized. i don't want to seal it up and then i have to dig it out b/c my RH isn't right.

by the way....what kind of silicone is best for caulking up the drainage hole? a make and model\type would be very helpful.

thanks!

any thoughts about this fan solution? (photo shows fan upside down) i would just set it under the bottom drawer where there is space for that and KL or Bovida packs. seemed simple. won't tip over. $8

2nd choice is the pair that come in 80mm or 120mm and have high/medium/low/off settings between them. $15

thanks!

I used the computer fans on the bottom of my wineadors and wasn't impressed with the aair movement. I have since switched to twin, thin squirrel cage fans mounted on the back wall blowing up. The space in back allows air to freely move and can feel the air coming out of each drawer or shelf. Just another option to consider.
